Science Fair and Liberty Science Center Assembly – Tuesday, May 31st
Tomorrow is the Science Fair and Liberty Science Center Assembly. The 1st session of the Liberty Science Center Assembly is from 4:30-5:30pm and the 2nd session is from 6:00-7:00pm. Parents or a designated adult are required to stay to chaperone their children.
As per previous email blasts sent by the PTO and information sent home by the teachers, please have your child set up their projects at 8:30am. Our fourth and fifth grade teachers are in charge of the Science Fair and we appreciate them encouraging our young scientists. The Science Fair projects are open to family viewing from 7:00 to 7:45pm.
If you have not RSVP’d to the Liberty Science Center Assembly, please send an email to Christine Butler at email@example.com.
Events like this are paid for by your PTO donations and fundraising, so our children thank you for your support!
Fairview Garden Update
Planting in our school garden is almost complete! Please stop by and check out the new space and see the plants our children are growing. We are now turning our attention, especially with the warm weather, to keeping our crop watered. The children love helping with this and we are in need of child sized watering cans. If you have any small watering cans, either used or new, that you can donate, or you are interested in volunteering in the garden, please contact Christine Butler at firstname.lastname@example.org or Julie Donohue at email@example.com. Thank you!
